The university’s Training and Development team and researchers from the 映客直播 Business School and one the world’s top 10 innovation research groups, worked with Lancing-based Equiniti to further its innovation agenda and develop the skills to deliver that agenda effectively.
The research Centre for Change, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management (CENTRIM) ran a programme of Managing Innovation workshops attended by Equiniti staff from different teams, including operational excellence and share registration services.
During the workshops, staff were introduced to the principles of innovation management, a simulated “innovation journey”, practiced the skills and tools used by the most successful innovation managers and organisations, as well as how to get from a good idea, to delivering value for their stakeholders.
